Entertaining should feel easy and enjoyable. Food and conversation set the mood, but a great Bloody Mary brings balance, spice, and a little theater. A weak or inconsistent drink takes away from the experience, which is why the base matters.

Serving a Bloody Mary out of the soda gun isn’t efficient, it’s lazy. Soda guns are built for clear mixers, not spice-packed tomato blends that settle and separate. The first pour is weak, the last is sludge, and every line in between gets coated in gunk. If you care about consistency and your bar’s reputation, ditch the gun.
