Stop Serving Bloody Marys Off the Gun

Serving a Bloody Mary out of the soda gun isn’t efficient, it’s lazy. Soda guns are built for clear mixers, not spice-packed tomato blends that settle and separate. The first pour is weak, the last is sludge, and every line in between gets coated in gunk. If you care about consistency and your bar’s reputation, ditch the gun.
